Scope and website
This policy applies to olevonstudio.ch, olevonstudio.com and enquiries to Olevon Studio. We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels or embedded visitor analytics scripts. Fonts, scripts, images and videos are loaded from our own website address. Our hosting provider processes technical connection data in doing so.
Hosting and delivery
We use Hostinger to operate the website and deliver it through a content delivery network (CDN). The web server is located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany; the designated backup location is France. Hostinger processes technical data to provide, cache and protect the website.
Recipients are Hostinger and the subprocessors used to provide these services. Information about these providers and the contractual arrangements is available in Hostinger's Data Processing Agreement. The CDN may process requests through locations around the world. For transfers outside the European Economic Area, particularly where there is no adequacy decision, Hostinger provides for EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Further details are set out in Hostinger's Privacy Policy.
Technical logs
When pages are accessed, technical information is processed, including the IP address, time, requested address, browser and device information, the previously visited page where applicable, response status and volume of data transferred. Hostinger provides access logs and aggregated operational statistics based on this information. We use them to investigate errors and protect against misuse.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is in a reliable, fast and secure website, and in detecting and investigating faults and attacks.
Technical logs are retained for the period necessary to analyse recent access and faults, investigate specific security incidents and meet legal obligations. We do not maintain an additional permanent archive of access logs. A fixed deletion period for all technical logs processed by Hostinger has not currently been confirmed to us. You may request information using the contact address above.
Cookies and browser storage
Our website code does not set advertising or tracking cookies. In sessionStorage it stores only technical flags for the opening animation and the return via the logo when changing pages. These contain no names, contact details or visitor identifiers and are not sent to us. They apply to the current browser session and are usually removed when the tab is closed. The browser may restore them when a session is restored.
This processing ensures consistent website operation. Where personal data is involved, it is based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contacting us
The contact form does not send anything to this website. Submitting it opens your own email application with a prepared message — sending it is entirely up to you. If you write to us, we process your details to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. This includes your name, email address, company or phone number if provided, and the content of your message. Our email provider is Hostinger.
For contract-related enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, with the legitimate interest of responding to your message. Providing information is voluntary, but we cannot reply without a way to contact you.
Enquiries are deleted once they and any foreseeable follow-up questions have been dealt with, unless legal retention obligations or the need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims require continued retention. If an enquiry leads to an engagement, statutory retention requirements for business records also apply.
External links and security
Instagram and LinkedIn are ordinary links, not embedded social media plugins. The respective website is accessed only when you follow an external link; its privacy policy then applies. Our website uses HTTPS for encrypted transmission. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
Subject to the legal conditions, you have the right to access your personal data and to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. In particular, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Please contact the address above.
You may lodge a complaint with the Liechtenstein Data Protection Authority at Kirchstrasse 8, 9490 Vaduz, Liechtenstein.
Changes
This policy will be updated when the website or legal situation changes. German original dated 18 September 2026; English version dated 22 October 2026.
